一場無法避免的洪水，因為諸多因素雪上加霜，
舊稱美麗寶島的臺灣，在這次天災之後，剩下的只有窮山惡水了。
南部災區遍佈，新聞報導卻側重嚴重的一小部份，
我們大有為的政府更落實了大家的數落「看電視執政」。
救援物資湧進地方政府，但有即時送到災民手中？
天氣變化是無常的，預先準備是我們可以做的，
但山上的居民為了生計，除了部落別無他處可去。
請別再說人定勝天，人通常都在自欺欺人。
願這次災區人民能早日脫離難關。
